Chelsea 2-2 Arsenal: Trossard rescues a point for Gunners in thrilling London derby

Chelsea: Lukaku, 15', Havertz, 56'

Arsenal: Odegaard, 23', 40', Trossard, 84'

Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku marked his return to Stamford Bridge with a goal on his second debut, but Arsenal eventually fought back to salvage a 2-2 draw in a thrilling London derby.

The Blues took the lead through Lukaku in the 15th minute, after the Belgian striker was set up by Kai Havertz. Arsenal responded quickly, however, with Martin Odegaard equalizing just eight minutes later.

The Gunners took the lead for the first time in the 40th minute, when Odegaard scored his second goal of the game. The Norwegian midfielder was again set up by Havertz, who was in impressive form throughout the match.

Chelsea drew level again in the 56th minute, when Havertz scored a header from a cross by Reece James. The Blues looked to be on course for a victory, but Arsenal had other ideas.

In the 84th minute, Leandro Trossard scored a dramatic equalizer for the Gunners. The Belgian winger was set up by Bukayo Saka, who had just come on as a substitute.

The point was a welcome one for Arsenal, who remain top of the Premier League table. Chelsea, on the other hand, are now winless in their last three league games.
