Apple Releases First Beta of iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 to Developers

Today, Apple released the first beta of iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 to developers. The new operating systems feature significant updates, including more customization options and the biggest redesign of the App Library ever.

How to Install the iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 Betas

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 16.4 or later.
2. Tap General > Software Update.
3. Choose the Beta Updates button.
4. Tap "Enroll your device" and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Once enrolled, go to Settings > General > Software Update again.
6. The iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 beta should appear automatically.
7. Tap "Install" and follow the on-screen instructions.
